How good is wukong jg in lw elo

I want to get into playing wukong as top and jg. Wukong has always been a good low elo solo queue pick especially in the top lane. Just like malphite and amumu, he excels at initiating with his ulti. You dash in, q, ult, w to disengage, win the teamfight. He's a good ganker because his dash. That's why he's seen jg and mid. he builds like a bruiser assassin and his build resembles pantheon who also plays top mid and jg but through different means. Panth likes to get ahead, controll the map with his ult, and play by his own rules. Wukong likes to win by forcing fights. In low elo, those teamfights matters. It would work like a weaker engage Zac with damage instead of tank stats. His early clear is bad but makes up with good lvl 6 ganks. He deals alot of damage which will result in a kill. He's an OK duelist but he's not shyvana or udyr. How good is wukong jg in low elo.
