The anti lethality + % pen build for tanks

sell boots for trinity, up until that point i've not over done it on cdr, but the stats you get on trinity (even over lapping cdr) - far outweigh boots if you wanna remove any CDR, remove for (puts you at 50%) and for and now your at normal CDR levels... on the boots statement - (for instance between spell blade//rage and +250 health, +40% attack speed, +25 attack damage, +5% movement speed, and +250 mana, by far, is better then flat movement speed + (only 1) % damage reduction, % slow reduction, tenacity, magic pen... this is mathmatically speaking of course)

Another for instance: Ekko, his common best build path for damage is: ludens, sorc boots, lich bane, death cap, void, nash tooth... his ultimate build for damage (cost ignored) is to sell boots and buy liandrys... the stats are much better (for damage) then boots can offer... (and the MS from lich gives him enough movement speed)
