at 45% winrate she obviously needs help. she has completely lost her identity of an assassin and is now mostly a fighter/brusier, and its sickening considering what her theme is. when are you guys going to deal with her?

ive heard and know she is definitely on the list for a VU, but not a full blown rework. heard nothing of that.

She will get one, but right now they're figuring out /what/ she is lore/theme wise. Once they get that they'll begin working on a new kit for her.
In regards to a question "How is Evelynn coming along?"
"Currently she's not. We had a few update concepts back in the day but she just doesn't have any sort of story direction or explanation of what the hell she is. Until we hammer that out we probably won't be doing anything with her until then.

- Shadow Walk (passive) re-stealth time reduced to 6/5/4/3 at levels 1/6/11/16 from 6 seconds at all levels.
- Dark Frenzy (W) Passive has been changed to changed to -"Passive: Evelynn's spell hits on enemy champions reduce Dark Frenzy's cooldown by 1 second" from "Evelynn's spell hits on enemy champions grant her 4/8/12/16/20 Movement Speed for 3 seconds (effect stacks up to 4 times)."
the passive re-stealth buff is nice, but idk about her W passive. to me its actually a nerf since she can no longer stick to targets anymore... losing 80 move speed is a pretty huge hit to her stickyness, but it might even itself out with some CDR and Q spams.
id much rather they do something to help her clears.
