New Ranked Rule?
Can we make a ranked rule that you can't pick a champion if someone else has more than 12x as many games on it as you? Example: First timing top lane ryze when the mid laner has 100 games on ryze.

Same as saying someone on enemy took ryze you don't need to rely of cheap tactics to play and win
It is in no way the same thing. All I'm saying is it's dumb when someone decides to first time a champion when someone else on the team has 100 games on it.

Assume the best of a person first, it's good manners and it teaches respect for others and by reflection for yourself as well.
The initial theory is the team composition would have more expertise, and thus the scenes they manufacture would improve.
But it's not the only possible future of that theory, and it's best place is in the domain of player choice and experimentation on what is effective survival strategy.
I did not understand this comment. "Assume the best of a person." Why does someone else first timing a champion I have 100+ games on come down to a matter of me "assuming the best" in them?
