Really riot? I need some answers

I'm tired of Jax. Can't I just chill and farm jungle for a game or have a okay top game and not go against this guy? Why riot, I can't do anything when he e's, worst thing is when he jumps on you. I dont want to hear that counter him with these champs and shit, He's 100% banned in ranked for me and at least 50% of my games jax is in there.

His W + his 3rd attack does insane damage, if he has a and a you're destined to be deleted. Worst thing is with his , now every 2 autos he can deal insane damage.

Can we just look at his ult passive? That shit is just making the damage insane when you cant touch him, all you can really do is get really fast or just from it,
