Not really. Minion block is pretty tiny compared to taking 1-2 free tower shots as you close in on a champ under tower.
There are legitimate reasons in favor of it (i.e. punishes hiding in minion waves to block skillshots), but solutions should be explored, such as champions moving minions out of the way (although to my understanding that affects the way the first wave would reach the lane if you block it, and it might give different sides disproportionate advantages that could be game breaking at the highest levels of play). Point is, it's not easy to fix, but it should be a priority because the current situation isn't ideal by any means.
I wish a Rioter would make a dev blog specifically regarding creep block. It's a mechanic the community largely despises, yet one Riot has tried to preserve and even reinforce. There are a ton of threads on this board that explain why creep block is unpleasant, or at least list situations in which it messes up gameplay, but so far we haven't really had a concrete developer response on why it's worth keeping.
Yeah remove rito, so my hook goes through minions when I play nautilus and it makes my job easier.
They can't remove it without ruining the games coding. I've asked riot personally and they said "everything would be ruined"

jungler ganking > try to engage > OH WAIT FRIENDLY MINION WALL, and it gets even worse when the jungle dies/is dying because you can't do anything but spaz in place or walk in circles as the pathing tries to find a way through this friendly wall.
I swear half the time I get shredded by minion auto attacks when I run after an enemy lol

Iusually don't mind minion block as much, had one severe case of it however where my champion walked back and forth under enemy turret and couldn't get out. It sucked :(

Well that's the point, you're suppose to kill the winions to make turret diving safer for your mid/jng to help kill the enemy under turret. If you don't clear the enemy winions by the time they're ready to gank then you're subject to the consequences.
While if you're trying to solo dive, it's all on you if you fail and die just cause you took a big risk for no reason(if you keep getting them low under turret you're already gaining a big advantage by preventing them from farming properly.) Not every game you NEED to oppressively negate your enemy to gain a lead over them, just treat each game with respect.
So that I cant stand inside my minions to block skillshots? How about l2p instead
I got a double kill today as because of enemy minion block. Bless you, minions!
