When Orianna places the ball on an ally it slowly revolves around them.

Make the revolve speed scale with the champion its ons' movement speed.

For example, if Garen was being a turtle in walking, the ball would basically sit there But when MissFortune struts her fine ass way down the lane, it would be rushing all around her.

I don't know why this is being downvoted. its a completely inconsequential cosmetic change.

I'm all for ti if only because i think it would look neat/funny.

People probably thought it was a buff suggestion and thought- NOPE NERF ORI- so they downvoted without reading.

The only cosmetic change I want on the ball is making it a brighter color so I don't lose it. I'm the kind of person who loses the mouse on the screen.
