maybe do something for voli R like you did for cho's E?

not the % damage or the permaslow but changing it from a time-based steroid to a set number of AAs and making them stronger, since we can use the same logic that Voli usually can't make the most of his ult's bonus the way the rest of his kit works as an immobile bruiser. this might help to address the lack of satisfaction on it, too

since voli's VGU is probably a very long ways off it would be nice to see even a little bit of love.

like, just throwing out some numbers, give him like 6/8/10 enhanced autos that bounce, delay the bounce a little bit and give it much more damage
