Suggestion for new item.

Based off the New Assassin item which will likely push the remaining mages out of mid-lane (and the game) I have a suggestion for an Item that could probably single handily save mages mid lane.

[Armored Sash] Cost: TBD Recipe. Seekers Arm-guard + Quick Silver Sash.

Statistics. +30 Ability Power. +35 Armor. +35 Magic resist.

Unique Active: [Retribution] Remove all Debuffs from your champion. For the next 6 Seconds you get +1% AP for each 2% Health you are missing.
