I need confirmation on gangplanks passive
when i hit a turret with it, i can see the burn animation. is it just a visual thing or does the passive actually deal true damage to turrets?
the game has been kindof buggy lately, so one never knows.

dang, thats actually pretty sweet. especially with the barrel reset. a good critplank passive deals like 400 true damage in 1.5 seconds latgame.
