They don't play him like pros

If every yasuo played him like a pro, every yasuo player would be at least diamond if they played a good amount of games

you just don't notice the difference because your lack of skill

Because he is designed poorly.

Its like Lee and Riven. They say "Oh they have a high skill cap is why we arnt nerfing them"

And that is NOT the case. Play 100 games with them and you can stomp. Its that they make OMFG LCS plays that bring in the Youtube $$ views is the ONLY reason.

The rule of Yasuo:

If you are facing an enemy Yasuo, he will completely shut down your team, avoid all skillshots, block all ults, get 5-man knockups and single-handedly kill your own team.

If someone on your team picks Yasuo, he will go top. He will go 0/3/0 in the first 10 minutes of the game, and will continue to feed for the remainder of the game. He may get a couple of kills later on, but will always have the most deaths on your team.

It is hard to carry games with Yasuo, unless you have Malphie or Ori.

It is, however, very easy to make your enemies feel miserable when playing Yasuo when he is any strong - and his TF/PD buld is very strong - due to his annoying kit and very strong kill potential.
