Certain champions are popping up A LOT
(These are the most cancerous, which is why I remember them the most.)

RivetAce1 votesIf you get a champion that sucks, you reroll it. If you get one that's OP, you don't. So their numbers are going to be inflated.
Not to mention, you'll remember them more than any other champion, so your mind makes it seem like there are even more of them.
Plus, you can't forget the occasional "AR-URF accounts". I'm sure there are some out there.

Apparently a lot of players own those champions, so they have a high chance of getting them.
