Everybody dumpsters Quinn?

It's been more than a year since I've played a Quinn game where I actually carry or at least don't feed. I'm not a bad Quinn player. I've logged almost 100 games with her already so I know what I'm doing, but it seems like everyone dumpsters her super hard this season. Nasus dumpsters her by outscaling and preventing her from roaming. Also she can't 1v1 him. Sion dumpsters everyone. Trundle is unduelable and he completely invalidates her kite.

This isn't just me forgetting how to play Quinn, but the fact that Quinn's been nerfed into the ground at this point that she's basically more of a troll pick than Teemo at this point.

How does Quinn succeed this season if she has no ability to duel or split push anymore?

Quinn's main focus is early game burst in lane with her passive. I'll admit her ulti is rather useless for combat outside of lane. As an ADC, melee range in teamfights will get her melted PDQ.

I don't think your champion examples really make a valid point toward a Quinn buff. No ADC at equal gold should be able to 1v1 Trundle or Nasus. The survivability of tanks/bruisers versus squishies results in the tanks being able to dish out a larger percentage of their opponents' HP than what they take. Not to mention the fact that trundle and nasus specialize in 1v1 against almost any champion in the game. I'm not too familiar with Sion to make a specific counterpoint with him, but the general concept still stands. You've compared her to late-game champs as opposed to other early game champs. The better solution here rather than to ask for changes would be to implement some counter-play.

I really like Quinn. I bought her the day she was released. I do agree that she is a bit on the weak side compared to other ADCs. Her kit however can quite easily be used like a bruiser which makes her difficult to balance as an ADC. If you make her into a strong ADC, you may simultaneously end up creating a top lane monster. With the current state of the game, it's not too unreasonable to expect a full-blown rework to address her awkward role.

I like the idea behind her as this "I could be anywhere at any time" champion. I think if they buffed her dueling potential a little more, she count easily stand shining as the go-to split pushing ADC. I think it's her squishiness that makes her ill suited as a split pusher anymore, which really puts her in a terrible spot.

Being forced to choose between defense or damage limits her ability to do anything against champions who naturally bring both to the table, which happens to be the core of the top lane meta with champions like Gnar, Illaoi and Irelia who are all really good duelist because of their combination of damage and tank.

In that situation where she's ill suited for top lane, she'd be forced into either ADC or possibly as an AD mid laner. Unfortunately with her lackluster auto attack range, it makes her ability to stand as an ADC much harder. Especially against really aggressive poke lanes like Caitlyn, Jhin or Ashe who are all some of the most popular picks. In the mid lane, while she has a good amount of burst, she can't deal it out fast enough to deal with other mid laners who are both burstier and have hard CC in their kits.

I think the only decent spot for Quinn right now is the Jungle, simply because it limits her interactivity with laners who can poke her down, zone her off of farm and inevitably shut her down because she ever has a chance. Not to mention she could gank all 3 lanes in the span on 60 seconds as well as know if it's safe to engage in the first place by using her W just beforehand.

She can pop up anytime from anywhere in the jungle and be ganking a lane super fast. Faster than where the typical ward locations won't give the enemy laners enough time to get out before she's on top of them. Unfortunately jungle Quinn has the same problems as Shaco wherein if she gets set behind by either strong counterjungling or failing to secure kills or worse, getting 1v2'd while trying to gank a lane, she becomes absolutely worthless for the rest of the game, useful for little else than being a mobile ward.

Quinn can still hard carry games, but she is easily the least reliable of the ADCs.

According to op.gg Her winrate isn't bad at all

RcGjWO640w2 votes

Quinn suffers from an artificially large win rate because her play rate is so tiny. 1.34% according to OP.gg. This means that the majority of the people who are playing Quinn likely have hundreds of games on her, especially at the Plat+ level. You only see a Quinn one out of every eighty-ish games. And even the people who've played her for years can only manage, on average, a 53% win rate. Sure, you'll have those Diamond Quinn main outliers with like a 60% win rate with her, like you have with all champions, but for the most part, even the more advanced players are having trouble finding ground with her.

Quinn doesn't need any buffs whatsoever. She's a roamer, and she's useless if you don't use her roam potential.

Quinn destroys tanks early tbh especially Nasus

Levels 1-3, sure, but past that Nasus just has so much life steal and counter-engage potential that trying to trade more than a Q+AA or E+AA can lead to you eating more damage than you really want to, especially considering how squishy you are and how meaningful every last hitpoint you have is.

If you're falling behind a Nasus in lane as Quinn then something's wrong. Literally, buy a item 3044item 3123item 1001 on first B and you've won lane.

Nasus has an atrocious lane presence and only does well against Champs that canot bully him out of his Q-stacking lane phase.

I typically buy an Executioner's against Nasus because it's a huge bully item against him and other sustain tanks like Vladimir. The issue is that the constant harass you have to keep on him to prevent him from farming and sustaining your damage means you draw a ton of minion aggro and on a champion as squishy as Quinn with super low HP/s and a low health pool, it actually turns out in your detriment to harass him. Yeah, it stops him from stacking as quickly, but it also shoves you out of lane very often. And by 10 minutes into the game, if Nasus flash AA+Q's on you while you're at half health, you're dead.

Quinn bullies most melee champions with virtually no counterplay and can then quickly roam and snowball the game with her inevitable lead on these champions.

She doesn't need any buffs. Nor should she be able to duel fucking Nasus or Trundle.

I only want buffs so that she will be seen again in pro play
