Why have 2 wait half its duration? honestly i dont usually blink back most the time till lasts econd (W QE combo and wait for E to pop then W again)

2 second wait on a 4 seconds timer. Nice idea but no cigar. Just take her timer down from 4 seconds back to 3 seconds.
