I think it is about time that Rengar got some buffs, even small ones
Two days ago, I was checking some winrates on Champion.gg, when I decided to pull up the winrate of my favorite Kitty Rengo. Then I saw a number that was so low, it couldn't be real.

"There's no way," I thought. That just couldn't be real. So I checked again today and found that he was sitting at a 47% winrate. Why the sudden drop, I don't know. Something wonky about Champion.gg. So I checked Lolking.

Wow, that's even worse than the one above. Clearly the winrate websites say different things about our knifekitty but the all end up saying the same thing. That he's Really Bad rn.

We can cross out Lee Sin and graves, because their low winrates can be explained because of their really high popularity, and their constant appearance as a "super op must pick jungler," so most of the people who pick them don't know how they work. This is especially true for Lee Sin. That leaves the last couple of champions on that list. For almost all of those champions, their meta roles are in another lane. Admittedly, these champions are generally weak in their other roles but almost all of these champions are getting a buff on pbe or have been buffed either this patch, or a patch or two ago. This means that Rengar is essentially the bottom of the barrel for junglers, since the only junglers that are worse than him are off-meta junglers who are already pretty weak in their respective lanes.
So what I'm asking Riot for is just some kind of buff. It could be something small, or it could be something decently big. Regardless, Rengar needs some help right now. Of course, alongside the buffs is going to be the decision of whether or not Riot wants to make Rengar a squishy, high burst threat, or a tanky, sustained damage bruiser. Since Riot is going to have to balance for one of the two playstyles. Whichever one you pick, please make Rengar more viable to play. I've basically abandoned this champion after his last batch of nerfs because of how weak he feels to play now. Any kind of buff would be appreciated.
