Skin shards from quests shouldn't give you things you already own

Skins I already own should be removed from the loot table in things like quest orbs, chests, etc.

I think I've gotten sailor gangplank like 3 or 4 times from these items. I've owned sailor gangplank for years and years. I'd like to get something out of these I can actually use.

They give them so you can choose to disenchant or re-roll them (when u have 3).

Yeah, great, I have to get 3 things to get something I want while most people only have to get 1.

Its like I'm being punished for having spent money on this game.
