I still think that Diana needs +5 base AD and +0.5 more per level

Especially after this "rework". Her pre level 3 jungle clears are abysmal and even after that Diana RELIES on cdr to just be effective. item 1414 isnt cutting it at the moment. Although I find the new mana passive effective even if it has no base number on it.
