Has Riot every looked at giving GP's Ultimate something like Trundle's 'Frozen Domain (W)'?

It would be pretty good if it was more than a throwaway ability for cross-map farming or a mild slow.

Even if it was something as simple as a % MS increase to Gangplank (and maybe his Allies?) while inside the Target Area and a % MS reduction to Enemies. Similar to Orianna's W.
