Rewt1 votesYes and No. Ranked people tilt harder so if you get ahead you can carry easier. Now if you are ahead and you team is behind chances are you have a tilted teammate and its gonna be harder to carry.
In Norms people dont tilt as hard. (They still tilt. Trust me) but you can usually reason with them to not surrender and play for late game.

Same MMR is used.
No it isn't. If that was the case, then normal queue times would be higher and diamond players wouldn't be randomly matched against silver players.
