Kennen is still not going to see any play
Kennen needs a full rework to be viable. His Kit is just too old.
Everyone out ranges him and his OWN auto attacks out range his Ult.
One slow (that everyone has) or a root and his ult is useless.
People can get out of his Ult with a dash if you flash on to them before getting stunned.
His W has AD but nothing else does. He needs to be a True Hybrid like Kasia.
His Passive takes so long to stack even with 
that other champs will burst him down before it pops because others Burst is frontloaded while his is gated by stacks.
Just not viable.
