Out of Riot's list, which champ do you feel needs to be next for a tier 1 VGU?

So, with Kayle and Morgana hitting live soon and after the recent announcement of Mord in the works for his VGU, it is only natural that we think about who is or should be next to receive an update. But this also comes at the cost of who Riot thinks is in more dire needs of reworks than others (so unfortunately for me that does not include or ). However, for what they do list, we can try and decide on who should be next for an update at the very least. The list is as follows from Reav3 from the link above:
