We need to stop letting champs have their cake and eat it too.

You wanna make a champ that jumps on me and 100-0s me? Sure.

You wanna make a champ that pegs me for negligible damage while kiting/escaping me? Sure.

But, for Summoner's sake, don't make champs that can 100-0 me AND escape. Or worse, they fail to kill me and they're allowed an escape or a second chance.

This was the main complaints about Nidalee and LeBlanc. And it's still prevalent in certain champs today.

I remember when champions used to have to pay for their mobility with less damage, or pay for their damage with less mobility. And then CertainlyT made Yasuo...and Kalista...
