is Vladmir viable?
I've seen Dyrus play and build him,i played him recently,bad build,didnt like him too much. I thought he was some super tank who could heal up all he takes,but he is a Tanky AP burst champion. Is he viable this meta?

Kuroi861 votesEh, not really, he's pretty lacking in fast burst and high mobility. Vlad is good, but only if you know what you're doing.
DrNova1 votesIn top, from my experience, He's a better harass out of lane champ then a bursty killer most times. Alot of top champs you can whittle down and sustain enough they have to back or hide at tower alot. Ward kinda heavily though if you push.
