It's explicitly telegraphed where Fiora is going to try to hit you. It's incredibly fair. Just keep her on the other side of you.

I've watched that guy ForgottenProject, he 1v9 as Fiora almost every game, he reached masters by playing only fiora, so yeah she can 1v9, not only 1v1
