You gutted her with that q nerf the slow buff and w buff were not enough that was way to harsh. She is the worst support and one of the worst mid laners. Its disgusting that you can let a champion exist like this. I never believed in support lulu i always believed she was meant mid but this point idc just make her not booty. Oleandervine1 votesI don't think she's bad at all as a support. Once you build Athene's, she pairs extremely well with on-hit ADCs like Kog'Maw and Vayne because when she's not boosting on hit DPS, she can now whimsy to boost AS.

First her q is a great source of poke/slow, her w is great for extra movement speed/increased attack speed as well as a silence, her e has a decent shield and can give you vision of an enemy, and her ult provides extra health as well as a small knockback, which can ultimately save lives. She basically has everything you want in a support, good poke, slow, peel, shield, and extra health, not to mention her silence which is great for turning around ganks and such. Just use polymorph the jungler/midlaner/toplaner and they can't really do much, especially if they rely on high burst damage.
