What riot really did this patch vs what the intent was

Riots intent was to force a team fight at rift Herald and dragon then when a team dies they have a lower respawn so they can make it back to save their 2nd tower.

Vs reality

Team ace at dragon

Take dragon

Maw down their tower and as they come back to save the tower kill them off one by one and win the game due to a forced dragon fight.

Meanwhile whoever killed rift Herald is split pushing top all game and you never see them again.
