I said I was going to quit. And I did! For a week.
I switched Roles. I went Mid and found this certain Nine-Tailed Fox for a Waifu

Darkeus1 votesI was the same actually. I started playing this game as Morgana Mid, Eve (Old) Jungle. To think I actually knew Jungle Pathing back then. I got autofilled Jungle two nights ago and it was embarrassing. Made me instantly think Autofill was a bad idea (I am a Support Main, we never get Autofilled. In fact I was surprised I was put in Jungle when I was queuing up Mid/Support).
Then I found and 
around the same time. And a year plus of maining Sona later now I am back in Mid with Morgana and Ahri because Sona is in REALLY bad shape right now, Bot lane is a mess to play in and I feel better in Mid lane right now.
Ayame Isaki2 votesI feel your pain with Sona; she and Morgy were my go-to supports when I would feel like playing support historically. I still play her on occasion (usually if I'm in a group with friends) just to break out the DJ skin or in special modes (I love her in Ascension and Poro King even with her current state). I learned support on Soraka (both when she used to give mana and her reworked version we have now) so I still have a thing for her too.
Bot lane is absolutely a mess, but I've gotten a handle on it at this point and find myself enjoying support again. Some games are still absolute train wrecks though.
Good luck with Ahri! As a random side note, according to my year in review she was my third most played mid (behind Akali and Taliyah), so apparently I like her more than I realized!

Aside from that, champions like kha and rengar have huge threat ranges(like their actual flash+speedboost+leap range) that are probably far greater than anything a twitch could muster. EDIT: And when they're fed, forget a 1 second death. Expect to die in 0.

Because of him being melee, you have a lot more way to out-maneuver him, assuming you have the proper reflexes.
When it comes to twitch, the most you can do is flash and hope that he either doesn't have vision of you or has already gotten stunned so he can't chase you.

Tho the game went super horrible for me and the team. Me having one of the worst games this year (kda wise) and our ezreal constantly blaming our midlaner and me for everything didn't help the case.

GayFluffyUnicorn5 votesTali support is pretty legit. Had a 100% winrate on her for like 15 games last season whenever i was autofilled, then lost all games when playing her mid lul. But seriously tali support is really good especially now that poke supports like xerath are meta.

There are loads of squishy destroyers, and if you do have a fed twitch on the other team, I suggest you get a Zhonya and stay with your team. It's like, don't walk through the jungle without Oracles by yourself with a fed Teemo on the other team... Just common sense.
