A quick question about Conditioning
When it says "After 10 min gain +8 Armor and +8 Magic Resist and increase your Armor and Magic Resist by 5%." does it mean your current armor/MR increases by 5% and that's it? If I had 85 armor at 15 minutes and purchased 
would it now be 100 armor or 105?
