Still does an assload of damage early, mid, and late, has an instant, global ultimate that does magic damage with a true damage nuke on upgrade and can always farm in any lane... scraps way too well and zones with barrels, health sustain on W and doran's ring mitigates a good portion of his mana issues

if he buys dorans he is sacrificing damage
the true damage nuke is easily dodged and like 70-310 damage. its not a lot.
Jaygo411 voteshe doesn't need his barrels to win melee matchups true damage on his passive which is a small ignite wins most trades and no, it's not that dodgeable, it's instane, and 310 damage can kill someone from a quarter health pretty easily... cherry picks kills instantly, not even input like a jinx rocket or ezreal ultimate

it can be used on a minion when CSing. that puts it on CD. use that gap in time to fight him.
its not instant. it has a delay.
yeah if that person has 1200 health at late game.
