Something with a unique passive. Like how Randuin's got a unique passive that makes you take 10% reduced damage from critical hits.

There's also % HP True dmg. Armor and MR don't always counter it.

Yeah, I think that's intentional. You can't build to counter it (you could build hp so you have more hp, bit your effective hp would be still low), so you have to kill them first or stay out of their zone.

There are three champions with %HP True Damage.

Vayne, who gets it once every 3 hits and is actually one of the weakest %HP damage abilities in the game. Garen, who gets 1% on hit and per tick of his E against a single target that he cannot choose. Turns his ult's % missing HP damage from Magic to True, which doesn't mean much unless you were stacking MR for some odd reason. Fiora, who can deal some damage to a target if she hits them from the side that the marker spawns, or up to four times with her ultimate.

For Vayne, you have Randuin's Omen and Frozen Heart. For Garen, you keep him away from whoever's marked as the villain. For Fiora, you don't let her play the mobility game and juke around you.

%HP True Damage.

%HP True Damage was the complaint.

You see, the first comment on the thread states that the counter to %HP damage is Armor and MR. To which, the OP responds by saying that %HP True Damage exists. I then point out that there are only 3 champions with %HP True Damage, and not only are they counter-playable, one of them is even possible to counter-build to some degree (reducing someone's AS by 1/3 is a definite reduction in damage output).

When you comment with BotRK and Liandry's which deal % Current HP, my response is to point back at the very first comment and say that they are counter-built with Armor and MR. Imbecile.

item 3190 item 3072 Shields and rapid healing are the counter. If you can get a massive shield compared to your hp then the % hp damage while the shield is up will do minimal damage
