I promise you it'll happen eventually.

-60% damage is better than -100% damage. If you think about it, its better than the old GA which only offered armor/MR and was still a common buy.

Especially since you aren't disabled for 2 seconds.

Oh, and the best part is that if its duration gets nerfed (already only 4 seconds), it only becomes stronger on ADCs.

, while the or for tanks everyone's always wanted, is terrible design.

TBH it should be removed and new ideas should be looked into for a tank scaling item.

I'm surprised Vayne doesn't build it yet as a last item considering she deals a ton of true damage as well.

TBH I wouldn't be surprised to see an AS+HP Vayne top in the meta as a target counter eventually because of this item.

item 3046 item 3022 item 3153 item 3047 item 3193 would make a decent splitpusher, at least in solo queue, vs a couple of different HP stacking picks.

vayne can't really do much toplane, a lot of bruisers just destroy vayne post level 4-5. This on top of the fact that vayne lacks waveclear which is also an issue at botlane, but an even bigger issue for toplane. This is an issue because sometimes you need to push waves fast since you need to be somewhere else on the map or prevent your wave from freezing. Being able to clear a wave fast gives you a lot of controll of a lane and helps you prevent getting ganked or setting up ganks against the enemy laner.

When Vayne was still half-decent in the meta, Runaan's was a common buy in Korean challenger on her. No reason she couldn't grab it for laning phase.

Besides, I said I wouldn't be** surprised **to see her vs someone like Trundle, Darius, etc if they became top 3.

Never said I expected her to end up there. Still find it rather unlikely she'd worm her way into the current meta, even as ADC.

What I'm actually surprised about is Fiora not being meta despite her nerfs solely due to stoneplate and her truedamage.

She's basically a given once her current PBE buffs go through.

She's not anymore. Bramble vest has been introduced and if you realize what bramble vest does, well it makes your healing useless. Which in turn makes your trading useless on Fiora since if you hit a vital, you heal. In your all in you are very reliant on the healing you get on vitals. A tanky toplaner like Jarvan buying a bramble vest now counters fiora, this wasn't there before. Same thing happened to Irelia. They won't see high ELO play because high ELO toplaners realize this.

It really hurts Fiora and Irelia in particular that you can just rush this (bramble vest) and outtrade them with almost any champion.
