@Riot can we PLEASE get Karthus buffs soon?

Now I dunno if it's just the recurring tank meta screwing me over or what, but I really think Karthus could use some buffs to help him out a bit. His damage is almost negligible to just about anyone who builds MR despite building sorc boots, liandry's void staff etc. The problem as I see it is, that with Karthus's standard build he can take out most of the squishies, but not the tanks that usually provide the hard CC (which then gets me 1-shotted by said squishies rip), but if I go TANK build I can stand not to get one shotted, but then I do almost NO damage to anyone. all I'm asking is to please consider looking at the damage output for his Q and E (his R I'm not too concerned about really).

On another note, can there please be a way so that when I'm doing my first jg camps I'm not IMMEDIATELY Jumped on by their jungler (usually Lee Sin) DESPITE putting down wards and such. it's irritating when I get my blue buff only to get lvl 1 ganked by their jungler.
