How much staler is the current state of top going to get?

Every game is either or the OCCASIONAL

I get it they were "recently" buffed and changed to be a bit more effective. But good lord. Riot has let these champions run rampant for an exceedingly long time now and it's a bit annoying.

I mean come on....EVERYONE Knows how Dumb Fiora is right now. She's supposed to be a duelist but can build and still be just as effective as if she were to build flat damage. I mean at least with Renekton if he builds Damage he's squishy.

It's beyond frustrating that all of these champions have similar build paths (Outside of Gp) and it doesn't really matter what they do, they're still incredibly effective at tanking and wiping out a front/backline.

Is their ever going to be some fine tuning to either get rid of some of the tankiness or damage output from them?

I know, "Some of them are bruisers, they shine mid game and fall off late." But that's not what happened after the changes. They're shining early-mid game and turning into tanks who can utterly destroy a back line regardless of build paths.

Its just how the game and meta works. There can only be a certain number of top tier characters that people have to play to have the highest chance of winning. Sure there are plenty of other great champions to play top, but as the meta dictates, only a certain few are the "best" options with the "best" success rate and thats what people want. Rather people simply want to win.

I'm not worried about those champions. I'll generally just play Shyvana with item 3153 item 3742 item 3065 item 3083 item 3068 item 3009 and she basically beats almost any top laner.

...........Ok so you're telling me that you'd take Pantheon over any of these champions? In what reason. I'd love to hear your logic as to why and how Pantheon is as effective as picking one of these champions. He's not. He's bottom tier compared to these 7.

What I'm complaining about is, their are SEVERAL top lane choices who would do fine if these champions would for once get tuned down instead of being allowed to stick to this style of play in the meta.

Its boring, stale and just honestly frustrating to even play in the top lane now. Because this is all you have to look forward too. Bringing other champions up their besides one of these generally leans the advantage to them. Shen is a slight exception to this point except that his ultimate can be stopped by the majority of these champions except for Fiora (unless he taunts into Riposte) and GP.
