Can we do something about bot lane?

So that junglers would stop feeling like they have to camp 24/7?

I watched a tip video on youtube about jungling back when I used to main that role. The person in the video said to camp the lane doing the best. That way the lane doing the best will then win their lane and go help the lanes doing bad.

However it seems like my adc could be 0/4 or 4/0. The score doesn't matter because the jungler is just going to spend all game down there. it might have something to do with mages being taken support or something. I'm not 100% sure, but anyway, it'd be nice to have less pressure on bot lane so that junglers feel the need to go to all lanes.

You should first look at top laners. Adc has support to save him or die for him. Also adc can carry. If your whole team sucks and you are fed adc you can win. If you are fed adc and your top loses you can win. If you are top laner and your bot loses you are done. If you get fed as top laner and your team loses you are done. I just dont know why people cry about bot. Literally I can see mid lane,top and jungle saying simething but i can understand bottom.
