Kindred is going to need attention this preseason too

The changes made have collectively hurt kindred. Less jungle spawning + one of the potential first marks getting much harder for kindred to take further hurting an already very weak early game on the champ after the many early game targeted nerfs on kindred. The fervor change have all be received as nerfs for kindred like almost every on hit champ. It can be seen that on hit champs are being somewhat considered with the pbe rageblade change (hardly will help spread it's usage on more than kayle in my opinion) but kindred doesn't have any kind of AP scaling to consider the item. As a whole I think the issue with kindred is the issue with on hit itemization in general but if I am wrong about my assumptions on rageblade then kindred will still be in the field of needing attention, I think it wouldn't hurt to give back some of the power to kindreds early game.

Kindred needs AOE and a form of sustain in jungle in my opinion, especially for what regards mana. Also the W ends too soon when you're doing raptors/krugs, and 2/3 of your damage go wasted when you do single target camps.
