I don't think any champion deserves to be gutted, imagine if your main got gutted into ground because people didn't like it? Also the game would not be better, every time a champ gets gutted the game becomes slightly less diverse.

Sure she's annoying in lane, but I honestly don't see what's so bad about her, at least compared to other bursty champs. As long as you don't try to 1v1 her, she's not even that hard to catch out and kill. It feels like lethality in general is more of a problem than Quinn. Once lethality is nerf-batted she'll fade back into obscurity.

It's sad actually. Her kit is so toxic, it only works when lethality/armor pen is strong. No ADC has as much CC as her either, a knockback+a slow and a blind. Not to mention she cannot miss that knock and has a near guaranteed engage with her ult and her passive gives her even more unnecessary burst and stats. Just a champ that is too unfun to play against.

Ashe's ult can win teamfights, same with Varus to an extent. In contrast, Quinn is probably the weakest teamfighting marksman.

Quinn was fine post-changes pre-lethality. I guess you could say that about a lot of marksmen. When Quinn got changed I was pretty happy to see. She started seeing game time and while she did dominate jungle and top, especially against most melee champs, I still feel as if she wasn't "super OP pls nerf Irelia/Kassadin/Viktor" broken.

shes highly opressive in lane. which isn't ok. but i love to play against quinn because she doesn't provide much of anything mid late game. hell if she doesn't get fed she is just bad.
