Give new players premade runes and masteries

Premade runepages and premade mastery pages.

Honestly, until way past level 30 I still didn't fully understand runes and masteries the way I do now. It's honestly quite confusing right now for new players, AND it puts them at a disadvantage compared to everyone else: They lack the raw stats to be as effective as they would be if they were 30, many champions require a runepage to be able to jungle, for example.

Having a runepage for AD, AP, and Tank would honestly be enough, and mastery pages for AD, AP, Tank, and Support. These would cover pretty much anything a player would need until they're at level 30, and put them at roughly equal standing to everyone else. It would also completely remove the need for tier 1 and tier 2 runes, so we have another noob trap gone.

Why has this not been done yet?
