Yes, this is only a visual change. However, this means that they haven't forgotten of him. Maybe on future patches, we can finally see the changes that he deservers so much! I have a lot of ideas but unfortunately I am not sure which plans Riot has for Kha'Zix, if they have any.

I never even realized that Kha'Zix had different visual indicators. Maybe this is because I almost always play with the Mecha skin.
