Why the heavy Brand nerf?

With Q, E, and R. You've taken over half the damage out of his abilities. I guess the thought was to add it onto his passive. But when you aren't/can't proc his passive... he's just losing out of his damage... the only thing Brand has.

Also, If you're going to nerf his E AGAIN, why not increase the range to that of his Q? This would make his combo a little easier to do.

As for his Q, Brand doesn't really have much in the way of utility and CC. That stun is it. Brand isn't Xerath. If you're nerfing the damage, why not keep the 2 second stun?

Pretty sure they want him to have less single target and more aoe damage, which... it looks like he has with that passive lol

...Brand nerf?????? With the AoE passive damage scaling on the target's max HP and being able to affect multiple targets he will be stronger in fights. Besides, he isn't strongest when fighting 1v1 and I think his kit SHOULD be more focused around team fights.

When you can't play a champion well, you aren't as effective. That's how a game works.

They took burst damage off of every champion they touched. That's part of what they were going for.
