How long are we going to let Ryze sit at this pathetic 45% win rate? I'm not really sure what Ryze needs, but he needs something. Let's give him a chance to truly shine like other mages.

I don't understand why everyone wants Ryze to be garbage. His win rate isn't even close to what Yasuo has. Ryze is not a top tier threat and never has been in any of his reworks.
Navarune1 votesIt's not that anyone wants him to be trash, it's that he needs a kit that can be balanced. Any numerical buffs he gets right now would send him over the edge. If you watch someone play him that really understands his combos as they exist now, you'll see that he would easily become overpowered, much like certain other champions (looking at you, Kalista), if given any love at all.
I'm not saying he's unbalanceable in his current state, but his kit right now is really complex and is probably difficult to work around from a balance standpoint.

AcidTheWarlock1 votesHis kit is hard as hell, try it. Once you get around the learning curve he's a monster, but play him. I have a little over 5 games on him and I'm only now starting to do well. True, I'm Unranked, MM'd with Silver Vs, and some of it's me, but he's crazy once you get mana and tank stats.
