It's really easy to sidestep actually. It's usually really telegraphed. The only time you should be knocked up by a Yasuo Q is if you're getting ganked, in a teamfight, or he dashes on top of you.

^ Not to mention the fact that he has to set up with two Qs prior to even being able to attempt it. He has particle effect that show when it's available and it expires.
