Targon's should split gold btwn nearby allies

If there is more than one ally nearby, instead of just giving it all to the nearest ally, it should split between allies in range.

As the game proceeds and you are pushing with multiple members, I believe part of the reason people don't let the support proc Targon's is greed (don't want to have other ally get all the gold).

This would have a similar effect that the new HP packs on ARAM had. Which was overall a good change.
