So you want her to be nerfed into literal unplayability?

That's why they reworked her, because they, in her old state, would not allow her to be viable at all. It's either this or nothing.

Have you seen her late game? Her healing is useless. She's really good easy to kid game but late game the damage is too much for her to heal. At least the old soraka did damage with starfall

I have seen her late game, it's actually fairly strong in a lot of cases. She effectively invalidates Siege/Poke type Champs/Compositions.
