Often you get damaged at the fountain after recalling so..

Now thinking about it, what happens when Nautilus ults you when you're almost finishing your recall? Does it follow you to your fountain?

Naut ult does follow, same as Cait ult and basic attack projectiles and other such things. As for Noc, I'm not sure, and I've never seen a vid of it happening.

He follows you if he holds q I believe, if he doesn't I imagine you just take the damage.
