exhaust should be an item for supports

Interesting, but it'd probably be one of those must-buy items which doesn't help how supports are already funneled towards Sightstone and Redemption regardless of what they want. I'm not sure, but long ago in Season 1 wasn't there an item that was essentially an exhaust active or something along those lines?

I mostly stopped getting Redemption after people keep running from the blue circle.
