He is already one of the most banned champions. You want him to be permabanned?

They need to fix his Windwall bug first to make it actually usable and not a gambit that it will block something. Does Riot not know about the bug or something because buffing him instead of fixing a crucial bug that may increase his winrate back to how it was is kinda dumb.
