Instead of Giving Lux an Even Lower CD on Her Ult

I honestly think Riot should reconsider the rest of her kit. Her ult is becoming too dominant in her playstyle and maybe that's what Riot wants but I think it's just unhealthy. Her ult already does a ton of damage, is semi global, procs her passive and reapplies it, and has an extremely low cd. I think the constant buffs to it just show the flaws in her design. BUUTTTTTTT.... That's just my opinion (insert Kermit meme here).
