Players below summoner level 20 should not be matched with players above 20

When I initially started out, I remember getting constantly stomped in lane when I was around 16-19 because my lane opponent had tier 3 runes and I wasn't even allowed to buy them. Without fail, the players topping the scoreboards were always the players who were above 20. At the very least can you guys consider adding a larger MMR spike at 20?

It's not that big of a deal. It only happens to you for a short time. You'll be 20 soon enough once that starts happening anyways. Just play aram for it and then the difference is much less noticeable.
