Really? Well I will still stick to doing off role picks in normals just so that we wouldn't have people rage in ranked.

that is not entirely true. you have to be not screwing over the rest of your team as well. those 2 example are very unconventional but the ranged in top lane with and the heal would still work.. where as has a spellshield and is often considered to be very annoying to face as many mages.. and would also work in certain settings

but other stuff WILL get you banned, Especially in ranked, IF you teammates ask you plz to not do it... you ignore them and u feed. that would be refusing to communicate with team and actively refusing to work with the team and not being a team player.. and that IS bannable. but its more of the "attitude" than the actual champion you picked. if you team is fine with it. then its fine.
