Obviously it's fair! Because they are ranged characters and not assassins.
I dont want to say that these champs are op. But they are obnoxius to face when they are fed, similar to 
before the rework. So can we give them the same treatment?

When a bringer kills you, it's because 3/4 abilities he had to land. Not to mention, there is a much better way to avoid that damage. Further more, when veig starts killing you, it's only after a tough early game where he was bullied.
When Zed, Talon, Rengar assassinate you, it more annoying because of the fact that there are usually bullies early game as well

Glory971 votesIn lategame its enough to hit q and press r afterwards against a squishy target. Yes I agree that zed rengar talon were more annoying to face because of their potential in laning phase. But if we extend veigars time needed to burst a target by for example slowing down the projectile speed of the ultimate so that allied supporter have more time to react, i think its is more fair. And because its still a point and click spell it isnt too much of a nerf.
